These Terms govern your use of the READY Preconception website and your purchase and use of The READY Blueprint and other READY educational products.
By purchasing a READY product, you agree to these Terms.
Educational purposes only
READY Preconception provides educational information and organizational resources.
READY does not provide medical care, medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, fertility assessment, individualized medical advice, or individualized recommendations about medications, supplements, testing, vaccination, fertility treatment, or other health-care decisions.
The READY Blueprint is not a substitute for care from a physician, nurse practitioner, midwife, pharmacist, genetic counselor, dietitian, mental-health professional, or other qualified health-care professional.
Using READY does not establish a clinician-patient, provider-patient, or other professional health-care relationship.
Questions involving your individual medical circumstances should be discussed with an appropriately licensed health-care professional.
No guarantee of health or pregnancy outcomes
Pregnancy, fertility, and health outcomes depend on many individual factors.
READY does not represent or guarantee that use of The READY Blueprint or any READY content will improve fertility, increase the likelihood of conception, prevent infertility, prevent pregnancy complications, improve pregnancy outcomes, or produce any particular medical result.
Purchases
Prices and applicable charges are displayed before checkout.
Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor to charge the payment method you provide.
After a successful purchase, access to the digital product is generally provided electronically through the website, email, download link, or a combination of these methods.
Your license to use the Blueprint
Your purchase provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased READY materials for your own personal and noncommercial use.
You may download or print a personal copy for yourself.
You may not:
- resell or redistribute the Blueprint;
- publicly upload or post substantial portions of it;
- share purchased files or download links with others;
- reproduce the product for commercial purposes;
- remove copyright or ownership notices; or
- use READY materials to create a competing commercial product.
All intellectual-property rights not expressly granted remain with READY Preconception and its licensors.
Digital Product — All Sales Final
The READY Blueprint is a digital product delivered electronically and provides immediate access after purchase.
Because of the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or if READY is unable to provide the purchased product.

Accuracy and updates
READY is designed to provide evidence-informed educational information. Health guidance and scientific evidence can change over time, and information that was accurate when published may later change.
We may revise, update, replace, or discontinue content at any time.
READY does not warrant that every piece of information will always reflect the most recent research, clinical guideline, professional recommendation, or individual circumstance.
User responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the educational information provided by READY and for obtaining individualized professional care when appropriate.
Do not delay seeking professional medical care because of information contained in READY materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, READY Preconception will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or educational products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version presented when that purchase was made unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply based on where you live.
