READY Preconception (“READY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, purchase The READY Blueprint, contact us, or choose to receive communications from us.

Information we collect

Information you provide when purchasing.

When you purchase The READY Blueprint, we may collect information such as your name, email address, order information, and transaction details necessary to process and deliver your purchase.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, such as Stripe. READY does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Email communications.

We collect your email address when it is needed to deliver your purchase, send transaction-related information, respond to customer-support requests, or otherwise communicate with you about your order.

Purchase and delivery emails are transactional communications and do not automatically enroll you in marketing communications.

If you separately choose to receive READY education, updates, or information about future products, we may store your name, email address, the date you provided consent, and the source of that consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Free guide requests.

If you ask us to email you a free guide, such as The First 90 Days, we collect the email address you provide in order to send that guide to you. Requesting a free guide does not add you to marketing emails unless you separately choose to receive them.

Preference tools.

READY may offer optional preference-based tools intended to help organize or present educational content. These tools are not intended to collect health information. Unless we clearly tell you otherwise, responses to these tools are not stored or associated with your identity, purchase, or marketing profile.

Support communications.

If you contact us, we may retain the information contained in your message and information needed to respond to your request.

Advertising campaign attribution.

If you arrive at our website by clicking one of our advertisements, the link may contain campaign identifiers (for example, which advertisement you clicked). Those identifiers are held only temporarily in your browser tab — not in a persistent cookie — and are not shared with the advertising platform. If you make a purchase, they are recorded alongside that transaction so we can understand whether our advertising is effective. The payment record also contains your email address for receipt and delivery; beyond that we do not combine campaign identifiers with your identity to build advertising profiles, we do not sell them, and they never contain health or reproductive-health information. We do not use advertising tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

Technical information.

We use an essential, short-lived security cookie to protect checkout preferences and verified download access. It is not used for advertising or analytics. We retain limited private delivery-operation records, such as payment identifiers, processing status, and timestamps, to prevent duplicate emails and support safe delivery retries.

Our website and service providers may automatically process routine technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and system logs.

Health information

READY Preconception is designed to minimize the collection of personal health information.

We do not ask you to submit diagnoses, medications, supplements, fertility history, pregnancy history, contraception status, menstrual-cycle information, laboratory results, genetic information, or other individualized health information in order to purchase or use The READY Blueprint.

Worksheets and exercises contained within The READY Blueprint are intended for your own private use. You should not submit completed worksheets to READY.

We do not use your purchase of READY products to create a profile or inference about your fertility status, pregnancy status, medical condition, or other health status for advertising purposes.

How we use information

We may use information we collect to:

• process purchases and payments;
• deliver purchased products;
• send a free guide you have requested;
• provide customer service;
• troubleshoot access or technical problems;
• maintain transaction and business records;
• protect the security and integrity of our website;
• comply with applicable legal obligations; and

Marketing communications

Purchasing a READY product does not automatically enroll you in promotional email.

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to complete or support a purchase you have made.

How information is shared

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate READY, including services used for website hosting and functionality, payment processing, transactional email delivery, customer support, and business communications.

These may include providers such as Lovable, Stripe, and Google Workspace, depending on the services being used at the time.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

We do not sell personal health information.

We do not share information about a person's interest in preconception or reproductive-health content for targeted advertising.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights or users, investigate fraud or security concerns, or respond to valid legal process.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including completing transactions, providing support, maintaining appropriate financial and business records, preventing fraud, and complying with legal requirements.

If you unsubscribe from marketing, we may retain limited information necessary to record and honor that preference.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to your personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, or deletion.
